What's fatalistic attitude? 
It's a attitude which prevents people from accepting the responsibility for their circumstances. 
This attitude relates sucess or failure to luck. 
This attitude accepts predestined future. 
This attitude is mostly found in common, 
But it becomes more fatal when it comes to making a major decisions.

Thus, attitude is mostly related to ur approach towards the work.
